1. Cross-domain Collaboration, Efficient Delivery of Indian Project
The India?bound team works with well?defined roles, and all staff collaborate seamlessly for project roll?out.
Drawing on GOUP Automation’s established project management system, we have developed practical solutions based on real?life cross?team collaboration and decision?making experience from the India project.
Meanwhile, drawing on hands?on on?site operations, the team fed valuable optimization insights back to headquarters.
Driven by such high?efficiency execution and in?house professional expertise, we steadily advanced the project and achieved accelerated delivery.
2. Overseas On?site Stationing, Smooth Adaptation to Expatriate Daily Operations
Long?term stationing in India is a journey of growth across great distances.
From initial struggles adapting to local conditions to now operating with ease, the team has gradually worked out its very own “local?adaptation playbook”.
Celebratory Get?together for Project Milestone
For this first on?site project in India, we made thorough preparations for daily life in advance. Long?term rental apartments were prioritized to ensure stable accommodation. Compliant ride?hailing services were adopted for all travels to guarantee trip safety.
Given the locally heavy?flavored cuisine, team members brought personal tableware and common gastrointestinal medicines, and relied exclusively on sealed bottled drinking water in daily life. To cope with the hot?humid and sandy climate, we fully stocked protective supplies ahead of time and developed good habits of taking protective measures when going out. This allowed the team to adapt smoothly to local conditions and fully support steady project progress.
The project would not have moved forward smoothly without generous assistance and thoughtful care from our local partners. They proactively shared local living tips and coordinated various matters, helping us quickly settle into life abroad. In spare time, upon recommendations from clients, team members visited distinctive local temples to immerse themselves in the pulse of native culture. We were delighted to find that what once felt like a great distance had quietly narrowed. Deep bonds have been forged through joint work and mutual interactions.
